IMCD Earns Third Great Place To Work Certification in the United States

Great Place To Work is a global authority on workplace culture, recognized in over 170 countries for setting standards by which organizations measure and build high-trust, high-performance cultures.

IMCD Group. a leading global partner for the distribution and formulation of speciality chemicals and ingredients, announced IMCD has received the Great Place To Work®certification for its operations in the United States for the third year in 2026.

Great Place To Work is a global authority on workplace culture, recognized in over 170 countries for setting standards by which organizations measure and build high-trust, high-performance cultures. Their certification is earned exclusively through a rigorous assessment completed anonymously by employees.

The Great Place To Work model is measured by the quality of three interconnected critical relationships: trust in leaders, pride in one’s work, and camaraderie in one’s team. For IMCD, the results speak clearly: 71% of its employees in the U.S. say IMCD is a great place to work, a figure that stands significantly above the 57% average at a typical U.S.-based company.

Earning this certification for the third year underscores that IMCD’s commitment to its people is not a one-time initiative, but a sustained and evolving culture where employees can count on clear and honest leadership, fair treatment, and genuine recognition.

Lauren Taylor, Vice President, Human Resources, U.S. & Canada at IMCD, comments: “Obtaining the Great Place to Work certification is a powerful statement about who we are as an organization. What makes this certification so meaningful is that it comes entirely from our people. We are proud of this recognition and remain deeply committed to ensuring our employees are heard and actions are taken based on their feedback. We want our employees to feel valued and proud to work for IMCD.”
